Introduction of way to use

1、Rotating the knob on the cover can drive the red pointer to rotate. This pointer is the memory pointer, also known as

the passive pointer or driven pointer. The black pointer connected to the movement is the working pointer, also known

as the active pointer. The appropriate range of specifications and models should be selected according to the strength

grade and torque value requirements of the fastener, and should not be used beyond the range.

2、Before use, the zero position must be adjusted first

(1) When using it for right-hand rotation, rotate the knob on the cover clockwise to bring the memory pointer and the active

pointer close to each other, and turn the cover to make the active pointer point to the zero position mark on the scale.

(2) When using it for left-hand rotation, rotate the knob on the cover counterclockwise to bring the memory pointer and the

active pointer close to each other, and turn the cover to make the active pointer point to the zero position mark on the scale.

3、When using, connect the square tenon with the fixing (it can also be connected through the adapter sleeve) and then

slowly and steadily twist and tighten until the memory pointer points to the required torque value.

4、After stopping the force, the active pointer will automatic returns to the zero position, the memory pointer remains on the

indicated scale value, and the torque value can be accurately read. Rotate the knob on the watch cover to return the memory

pointer to zero before using it next time.

Note

1、Choose the appropriate model according to the torque value requirements of the fastener, and do not use it beyond the range.

2、This product is a precision torque tool and must be used carefully. It is strictly forbidden to knock, vibrate or bump.

3、This product can be used in both directions, but it is not allowed to be used to loosen fasteners to prevent overload from affecting

the product indication accuracy.

4、To ensure accuracy, the wrench is calibrated every five thousand operations or once a year.

5、Non-calibration personnel are not allowed to disassemble it at will.
